cash flow problem...any chance you can pay some people on different dates?
also have a pool of liquid cash flow possibly invested in govn securities - which you can draw down for this purpose.
Write cheques for some people - so that you can maybe take advantage of a time lag of presenting the cheque
You can also do direct debits from the company account to some employees - of course check with the bank what the standing order instructions are - otherwise you might pay people who have left the company
My company outsourced the payroll function to an audit firm (Ernst %26amp; Young) and its much less hassle for everyone...
