I have two payday loans that equal to 1100.00 and I had gotten into some financial problem every sense I lost my job. So, I was thinking about placing my two payday loans onto my bill consolidation program.Alone with my other past due bills. Can I do that?And is what I want to do with the payday loans legal? I am not about to break any laws am I?

you can 't rob peter to pay paul; you are making it worse, but I understand; you have to get jobs, any jobs, restaurants, gas stations whatever, you have to have money coming in one way or another.....and get the debt paid off so it will be off you mind!

I highly doubt that consolidating them or having more than one is illegal. You should be fine.

i dont think you would be the one violating any payday loan bills as long as all the information you gave the businesses was correct. it would be their fault for giving you a second one if it was illegal. i do know that if you are active duty military that it is against the law for you to have any payday loan. if you did consolidate and it caused an issue, you might be looking at a lawsuit towards the loan service provider.

Those payday loans are a rip, like 300$ or something in interest.

The credit bureaus will get involved if you dont pay and you will go to collections, but they wont go to your house and arrest you or anything =)

Yes you can consolidate but i would not for less then 3000-5000. can you make minimum monthly payment until you get your feet back on the ground and are able to pay them off?

Well, it depends on a company,s policy. You can get more if you have a good reason like emergencies: sickness, accidents etc. There is a limit though. You mentioned that you got already 2 payday loans so it follows that more than one (1) payday loan is not illegal. (is %26quot;every sense%26quot; correct?)
