Trying prosper.com and getting nowhere......want to borrow only 1k, poor credit....where?

I know i'm looking for a needle in a haystack or whatever analogy you want to use. I'm 27 working full-time with a good job but my problem is I have some extremely important bills coming due by the end of the month and i'm short on cash. I have nothing valuable to sell and no family members to hook me up. I know this is an impossible question but is there any LEGITIMATE places on the web to apply for a small loan for bad credit.......NO PAYDAY LOAN LINKS OR NO AFFILIATE LINKS please.

Im not expecting to get this done because my state interest rate is capped at 15%. If prosper dosent work are there any other LEGITIMATE websites to check out

Change to a group that doesn't have rewards. Then lenders would be more likely to bid at 15%. Also state in the title that 15% is the state cap. You might check your description for grammar errors...there are a couple. Good Luck!

Probably it's time to sit down with a financial counsellor who can help you devise a plan satisfactory to you and your creditors.

Check Social Services in your town.

You may want to try www.CashCall.com, if they are offered in your state (I don't know where you are located).

Since you have a good job, try a secured loan from your bank.

I would check with your bank, if you have one. Wells Fargo is always trying to get me to take out a personal loan, which is what you're looking for. If you don't have a bank, go to Wells Fargo anyway, we were denied by everyone for a car loan and they were the only ones to accept us even with our credit. Good luck!
