ummm....you HAVE to have at least some proof that you will be able to pay them back their money. No one is going to give you money without knowing 1) how much steady income you make 2) have some type of proof you are going to do what you say you are going to do. So, most likely if you don't have a job and your credit is shot, you shouldn't be looking for a pay day loan, you should be looking for a job.
