Depending on the laws in your country, they could and only maybe get a local court [in your country] to recognize the judgement, although we are talking about something that is not easy and expensive, at best.

On the other hand you are not going to 10 loans, the payday loan companies although they advertise they dont do a credit check, they have there own data bank to list the loans and see who has them and who has defaulted.
