Has anyone ever had a payday loan that they did not pay can you tell me what happened with that.?

first they keep trying to cash that check so best bet is to close your account,then after about a year they took it to a prosecuting attorney i will finally be making my last payment this month

It goes to collection and a bad mark is placed on your credit report lowering your FICO score. That bad mark will stay on your credit report for something like 10 years.

I had one that i paid the interest on it for so long that I paid the loan and some. So I stopped payment on that company. They called and made those fake threats of prosecution for fraud...but I stood my ground and they eventually left me alone... by the way don't believe the %26quot;I will contact your local authorities%26quot; crap that they tell you because they cannot do that and there are no debtors prisons!!!! good luck
