I had to change bank account number to another because they were ACH W/D that did not come from me,so they took all my money. I got a new account and closed the other, that didn't solve my problem because I am broke and not money to pay my most important bills, like my electricy,water and other payments. Does anyone have any answers to my problem. PLEASE HELP-IRENE

I would recommend you first contact your creditors and explain the problem many times they will work with you if you tell them what is going on and commit to paying them as soon as you can.

Someone mentioned Prosper.com and that is an option but keep in mind it can be a long process and it appears that your problem is a more immediate need. Have you filed a police report on your improper account withdrawals?

Have you been working with the bank on getting your money back? I believe there is a dispute process for ACH withdrawals where you can get your money back if you can show they are in error or fraudulent.

You might also check on the forums at creditboards.com. There are a lot of very experienced financial people who give advice about problems with credit on that site.
