No they shouldn't be able to come to your work. If they come again or call again, write a letter stating that you can only be contacted at home by mail.

i dont know, i think you should read the contract that you signed. What i would personally do is just get another payday loan from another institute and pay back the old loan. of course it will add on some more fees but it will give you some time. I think it is legal for them to do that, although it is highly disrespectful. Im surprised that they havent cashed the check that they have as collateral yet.

Probably not. They should be limited to calling you. How far are you behind on it? I would definitely look at the agreement you signed to see what they can and can't do. Call the better business bureau.

I guess they can try to do anything possible to collect their money back, is it legal?? well I can't answer you that but I believe they can, but you can also have rights , and one of them is to tell them to stop calling or going to your job because you can loose it and then you wont be able to repay the loan. My advice talk to them on the phone explain them what circumstances are not allowing you to repay the loan now, but you have a good intention on repaying it, sometimes they stop if they see you have a good faith in paying back, but talk to them!! and the next time DON'T USE THOSE PAYDAY LOANS UNLESS YOU ARE PLANING IN PAYING BACK SOON they will eat you in refinance charges.
